    In this workshop, leaders will examine their roles in culture design and examine their readiness to spark and support the changes needed to design and lead a new culture for outcomes.

This includes designing the future organization, its values, and its impact on those around it. Finally, we design the day-to-day changes that need to take place so the new culture can take flight.

  • Companies are made of complex systems that influence each other on may different levels. Yet, teams tend to optimize their operations in a vacuum, causing inefficiencies and conflict for others.

    This workshop will help teams understand how they influence each other. We will look at these influences in the context of the overarching business outcomes and the charters of each organization. Throughout the workshop, we will mine for synergies, overlaps, and conflict, using this information to design better ways to achieve the business’s outcomes.
