Companies are made of complex systems that influence each other on may different levels. Yet, teams tend to optimize their operations in a vacuum, causing inefficiencies and conflict for others.
This workshop will help teams understand how they influence each other. We will look at these influences in the context of the overarching business outcomes and the charters of each organization. Throughout the workshop, we will mine for synergies, overlaps, and conflict, using this information to design better ways to achieve the business’s outcomes.
